Terms of Service

Last updated May 28, 2026. Template language — have a Wisconsin attorney review before relying on it.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by WatchTower Consulting LLC ("WatchTower," "we," "us"), a Wisconsin limited liability company. By authorizing a subscription, requesting a sample, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

2. The Service

WatchTower provides a productized strategic-intelligence subscription: a recurring editorial briefing, a maintained watchlist, action memos, and — depending on tier — advisory calls. The specific deliverables and cadence are defined by the tier you authorize (Watch, Vantage, or Summit).

Our briefings are professional analysis, not legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

3. Subscription, Billing & Authorization

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future invoices; it does not retroactively refund fees already invoiced. See our Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality & Acceptable Use

Briefings and advisory materials are confidential and licensed to your organization for internal use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them outside your organization without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All briefings, frameworks, and materials remain the property of WatchTower. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally for the duration of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchTower's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Questions: bob@watchthistowerllc.com.
