Refund Policy

1. Non-refundable subscription fees

WatchTower briefings are bespoke analytical work produced and delivered on a fixed cadence. Because the work for a billing period is performed and the materials delivered within that period, subscription fees are non-refundable once invoiced. Authorizing a tier acknowledges and accepts this.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future invoices. You retain access to the deliverables for the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the current or any prior period.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you were billed in error — a duplicate invoice, an incorrect tier, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 30 days. We will investigate promptly and correct any genuine error, including issuing a refund where one is warranted.

4. Service failure

If we fail to deliver a briefing owed for a paid period and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we will, at our discretion, extend your subscription or credit the affected period. This is your exclusive remedy for non-delivery.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law requires a remedy we do not otherwise offer, that law controls.
