When you request a sample or authorize a subscription, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, and company. If you become a client, we additionally process billing details through our payment processor and any context you share for your briefings.

We do not collect payment card or bank details on this website. Payment is handled off-site by our processor (SwipeSimple / Paysafe).

2. How we use it

• To deliver sample briefings, invoices, and the subscription you authorized.
• To communicate with you about your account and our service.
• To improve our briefings and operations.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor, our automation/CRM tooling, and email delivery — each bound to use it solely to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Lead form & automation

Form submissions are transmitted to our automation platform via webhook to route invoicing and onboarding. Treat any information you submit as processed by those downstream tools under their respective terms.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Security

We apply SOC 2-aligned handling practices and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
